Jenny Brown


Jenny graduated from UOIT with an Honours Bachelor of Health Science and has worked continuously in the health and fitness industry for 9 years.

Jenny believes that exercise is a fundamental key to a healthy body and mind. This belief stems from her personal and clinical experience working with people of varying fitness levels and injuries. Through patient-specific targeted exercise instruction and progression, she has observed significant improvements in patient's mental health, physical function and overall fitness and mood.

Jenny is always seen with a smile and continually creates a fun, inviting, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for patients to get better in.

Colette Clarke


Colette has more than a decade of experience in clinic operations and helping patients navigate the healthcare system and their own extended health plans. She plays an integral role in taking care of the administrative side of therapy so patients can focus on their treatment.

Colette strongly believes in delivering genuine patient care and creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for patients to receive therapy in. She values each patient and often goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Kevin Choi

Registered Physiotherapist

Kevin completed his Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Toronto (UofT) which offered the opportunity to learn and study from world-renowned leaders in the Physical Health and Physiotherapy field. Kevin continues to be involved in the academic circle through his involvement with workshops in the Faculty of Physical Therapy at UofT and is contributing towards a research article soon to be published.

He has had clinical experience practicing in major healthcare centres such as Sunnybrook, St.Michael's Hospital and Toronto Grace. These centres focus heavily on patient centered care - a value that can easily be seen in Kevin's practice.

Kevin has experience treating a wide variety of conditions and is always honest, friendly and works as a team with his patients.

Kyle Horvath

Resident Physiotherapist

Kyle graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology with a Honours Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology. Driven by a strong interest in healthcare and a passion to help others, Kyle furthered his studies overseas in Scotland and obtained his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University.

An athlete himself, Kyle understands the need for active strengthening and mobility to optimize the body for performance. The importance of activity is highlighted in his care where every patient is carefully assessed and an active treatment plan is developed. In conjunction with active exercises, he also uses a combination of specialized hands on techniques and electrotherapy to deliver evidence based care. Kyle strongly believes that the goals of therapy should be personalized and prioritizes the needs of his patients above all else.

Janice So

Registered Massage Therapist

Janice brings to the team a diligent work ethic, outgoing personality and therapeutic touch. She has an athletic background in ballet and competitive rhythmic gymnastics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, specialized honors in Psychology at York University and since then dedicated her next 6 yrs to advocacy work and peer counselling. It wasn't until a debilitating car accident that she switched gears and decided to pursue a career in bodywork, having rehabbed by a team of impeccable holistic bodywork mentors. She was told she'd suffer lifelong chronic low back pain but sought out the right healthcare team and rehabilitated back to a pain free state.

She graduated (2015) from Sutherland-Chan Massage Teaching Clinic in 2015 and exhibits extensive clinic experience and outreach work with the University Health Network (Toronto General Hospital). Her hospital work treated a variety of ailments such as spinal cord/thoracic injuries, chronic stress and anxiety, low back pain, migraines, sports rehab injuries, stroke and cardiovascular issues, scar work for breast cancer survivors and breast congestion/soreness, and neurological disorders. Her philosophy to body work is client focused, proactive healthcare & integrative Registered Massage Therapy.

Jessica Campbell

Registered Massage Therapist

Jessica is an experienced Craniosacral and Registered Massage Therapist that has worked with a variety of chronic and acute conditions. She began her studies in Craniosacral Therapy in 2002 and proceeded to obtain her Massage Therapy credentials in 2013. Jessica is passionate about helping people and has continued to advance herself clinically with different modalities such as Iridology, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Reiki.

With her experience and wide therapeutic skill set, Jessica has developed an expertise in treating chronic conditions and assisting her patients through their journey to recovery. She completes a holistic assessment and in conjunction with the patient develops a tailored treatment plan which may include deep tissue therapy, myofascial release or craniosacral therapy.

Jessica is always expanding her clinical knowledge and is on track to becoming certified with a new modality called Matrix Repatterning. She lives with her family in Bowmanville and enjoys photography, drawing, reading and spending time outdoors.
